What kind of products do you sell?

Are your products physical or digital?
All of our products are 100% digital. You’ll receive a downloadable PDF file — no physical items will be shipped.

How will I receive my digital download?
Immediately after purchase, you’ll see a download link on the order confirmation page. You’ll also receive an email with a download link.

Do I need any special software or apps to use the PDFs?
Nope! You can open our PDFs using any standard PDF viewer like Adobe Acrobat or Preview on Mac. For digital journaling, apps like GoodNotes, Notability, or Xodo work great.

Can I print these products at home?
Yes! All of our products are designed to be printer friendly. You can print them at home or use a local print shop if you prefer.

Can I use these files on my tablet or iPad?
Absolutely. You can import our PDFs into any app that supports digital handwriting or annotation, like GoodNotes or Notability.

Do the files work with GoodNotes, Notability, or other digital journaling apps?

Are your PDFs fillable or write-in only?
Most of our PDFs are designed for handwriting—whether printed or used in a digital journaling app. Some may be fillable with typed text, but this will be noted in the product description.

What size are the PDFs? (US Letter, A4, etc.)
Most of our products are formatted for US Letter size (8.5” x 11”) unless otherwise specified.

Can I resize the PDFs to fit a different planner size?
Yes! You can scale them when printing or use a PDF editor to adjust the size. Just make sure to maintain the aspect ratio to avoid distortion.

Can I see a preview before I buy?
Yes, product listings often include preview images. We also offer a free sample journal if you'd like to try before you buy.

Do you offer free samples or lead magnets?

📩 Post-Purchase Questions

I didn’t receive my download—what should I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, email us at support@thepdfdifference.shop and we’ll resend it right away.

Where can I find the download link after purchase?
You'll see it on the order confirmation page and also receive an email with a link to download your files.

Can I re-download the file if I lost it?
Yes! You can re-download it from your original order email, or reach out to us if you need the link resent.

Can I print the file more than once?
Yes. You can print it as many times as you like for personal use.

Can I use the product on multiple devices?
Yes, you can open the PDF on any device you own.

My file won’t open—what do I do?
Make sure you’re using a compatible PDF reader. If the problem continues, contact us at support@thepdfdifference.shop.

What do I do if I downloaded the wrong product by mistake?
Please email us as soon as possible. While we don’t offer refunds for digital products, we’ll do our best to help if there was a genuine error.

Can I edit the PDFs in a design program (like Canva or Adobe)?
No, our products are not editable templates. They’re designed for personal reflection and writing, either printed or used digitally.

Can I return or get a refund for a digital product?
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your file, we’ll gladly fix it.

Will I receive updates if the product is improved or updated?
If we release an updated version of a product you’ve purchased, we’ll send it to you by email or make it available for re-download at no additional cost.

Can I use these for commercial purposes?
No. All products are for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or distribution is not allowed.

Can I share the files with a friend or colleague?
We ask that you do not share files. Please direct them to our site to download their own copy and support small business creators.

Am I allowed to post a completed worksheet on social media?
Yes! We love seeing your journaling in action. Tag us @thepdfdifference and feel free to share as long as the file itself isn’t made publicly downloadable.

Do you offer custom or personalized versions?
Not at this time, but we’re always open to requests. Feel free to email us and let us know what you’re looking for.
